The excitement and thrill of hanging out with a celebrity has driven a married woman and a mother of three, Joyce Osifo into the hands of the known David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido on the 16th of June during a concert in Napel.

Presently, Davido is on euro tour and according to NCN source, Davido knew Joyce through her brother who opened stage before him.

Davido came on stage late in the morning, 17th of June, sang few songs and left. Meanwhile sources revealed that the Omo oba was in his hotel rocking his time with the mother of three who is desperate to come to the limelight through her upcoming show “Miss Black Beauty Italy”.

Joyce has three children within the age range of 10, 8 and 6 and she is said to be married.

Most Nigerians girls who are married to white men are said to be sleeping around with young black men and sometimes pay them to get laid. Since this is the known tradition, Joyce Osifo added this to her zeal to be out and maybe get Davido to assist in the sponsorship of her event.

Wizkid was invited for questioning by the Police at Zone 2 Onikan Lagos Nigeria over an alleged breach of contract or fraudulent conversion or obtaining by false pretence the paltry sum of N500,000.00 from the students of Unilag and thereafter refused to show up or refund the money!

Wizzy was at the Police station with his team and was later bailed by his lawyers, Aluta continua!! 

Something must have gone wrong somewhere, the amount involved is too paltry to rattle Wizzy.

MUSILIU HARUNA ISHOLA ARRESTED FOR MURDER - 9 LEGAL ISSUES TO PONDER!

From the point of criminal law and jurisprudence, we hereby posit as follows:

Firstly, PMAN must rise to this occasion because all musicians in Nigeria go through this debacle from hoodlums.

Musiliu merely performed at the event. You cannot arrest a passer-by for an unrelated crime. 

Musiliu was legally contracted to be at the event. It was not an illegal gathering. 

Musiliu did not pull the trigger. A MOPOL fired the shot! Where is the MOPOL? Even at that the Mopol is not culpable.

You must NEVER attack an officer of the Law, albeit a Policeman or whomsoever. Attack a soldier and a community may pay the price! The officer may not be culpable after all.

Musiliu can only be invited for questioning.

Musiliu has nothing to do with the death of the hoodlum

Police claimed the hoodlum was shot while trying to snatch a police rifle.....that is res ipsa loquitor...the case speaks for itself!

If Musiliu is invited, then all guests and the celebrants must be invited for questioning as well.

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested Musiliu Haruna-Ishola, a musician and son of late apala singer, Haruna Ishola.

The command also arrested a corporal for the death of a tout, Mustapha Daramola, in Ijora area of the state.

PUNCH Metro learnt that trouble started when Musiliu went to perform at a ceremony at 22 Aro Street, Ijora Badia, Lagos on June 8, 2013.

According to the police, while Musliu was performing at the event, hoodlums stormed the gathering and started demanding money.

A reliable source said, “Whenever popular musicians go to perform, touts usually besiege the area and start demanding money from the artiste and members of his entourage. The hoodlums were aggrieved that they could not get money and became violent.

“In the confusion, a policeman attached to MOPOL 16, who was on duty, shot sporadically in order to scare off the hoodlums. In the process, Daramola was killed while another guy, Kazeem Ishola, was also shot.”

PUNCH Metro learnt that the infuriated hoodlums, who took to the streets and vandalised vehicles of guests at the gathering.

The hoodlums were said to have also vandalised a police patrol vehicle.

The situation, it was learnt, would have degenerated into a bloodbath if not for the intervention of policemen attached to Ijora Badia Division.

Musiliu, who is known for his popular album, Soyoyo, was later transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

When contacted on the telephone, the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Damasus Ozoani, confirmed the incident to our correspondent.Ozoani said preliminary investigations revealed that the slain hoodlum was attempting to snatch the policeman’s rifle when he was shot.

He said, “The case is that of murder and disturbance of public peace. On June 8, 2013, around 10:30pm, some hoodlums stormed a coronation ceremony at 22 Aro Street, Ijora Badia where famous Apala Musician, Musiliu Haruna Ishola, was invited to play.

“The hoodlums attacked guests and the musician. They attempted to snatch the gun of a policeman on duty at the venue and he fired to scare them away. Two of the hoodlums, one Mustapha Daramola and Kazeem Ishola, were hit. Daramola was rushed to hospital where he gave up the ghost.

“The other hoodlum survived. The hoodlums vandalised vehicles at the venue including a patrol vehicle. Both Musiliu and the policeman on duty have been transferred to the State Criminal investigation Department for further investigation.”

Ozoani promised that there would be no cover up in the case.
