Senator Magnus Abe was reportedly shot at with rubber bullets on his chest after he appeared on the scene to inquire from the police team the reason they disrupted the early morning rally. The Senator claimed the order to shoot him was given by the Joseph Mbu, the police commissioner of Rivers state
The Senator is currently in hospital receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital in Port Harcourt. -
