Exact dates for DWP £300 cost of living payment confirmed

The Department for Work and Pensions has confirmed the exact date millions of people will receive a £300 cost of living payment. Those who are eligible for the payment should note that they can expect it between October 31 and November 19.

There is a different payment date for those claiming HMRC Tax Credits only, reports WalesOnline. They can expect their payment between November 10 and November 19. To be eligible for the cost of living payment, you need to have been entitled to a payment for a qualifying benefit between August 18 and September 17.
