2 Dead, 23 rescued as dozens still trapped under a collapsed 3 stores building on Ibadan Street, Ebute Meta, Lagos. Dauda Alli, 1 of the survivor confirmed that the building was already distressed but residents ignored b4 its eventual collapse Sunday night about 11pm.
