It is not every day we get to see a celeb ruffled at the airport much more a high profiled one like Kim Kardashian. The reality star was pictured Wednesday as she received a full pat down by the airport security as she prepares to fly out of LA along with her husband Kanye West. She had to even take off her heels and walk through the airport travel hub.
