A huge convoy of police vans and motorcycles have swooped on a restaurant in Levenshulme, Manchester as part of an immigration operation.
The Home Office said nine people were arrested all on suspicion of immigration offences - six were arrested at the restaurant and three others following inquiries.
More than ten police vans and other unmarked vehicles, flanked by motorcycle outriders, could be seen making their way down Stockport Road at around 5.30pm.
The vehicles parked up around the Nawaab Restaurant, with officers standing guard at the door as officials and other police officers went inside.

Levenshulme police later tweeted that they were supporting an immigration operation carried out by the Home Office.
When the M.E.N. called the restaurant a member of staff confirmed police and UK Border Agency officials had been there but declined to comment.
The M.E.N. has also attempted to contact the restaurant’s manager Mahboob Malik for comment.
The Nawaab restaurant, which opened in 2002, contains a large banqueting hall and is a popular wedding venue.
