Parents of American citizen children
Parents who are here illegally will reportedly receive two-year work permits and Social Security numbers. The order is expected to say must have lived in the U.S for at least five and possibly ten years and will require them to pay for and undergo a background check.

Foreign graduates of U.S. colleges who have degrees in science, technology, engineering or math will be eligible for 29-month work permits.
