Senator Dahiru Awaisu Kuta, representing Niger East Senatorial District, is dead.
A member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) until his death, Senator Kuta assumed office as a federal lawmaker on May 29, 2007. He was born on April 16, 1949. May his soul rest in peace.
