Stoke City and Bosnia and Herzegovina goalkeeper, Asmir Begovic, has warned the Super Eagles to be wary of his national teammate and Manchester City hit man Edin Dzeko.
Begovic insisted that Bosnia-Herzegovina have a chance of causing an upset at the World Cup because of Edin Dzeko who scored 28 times for Manchester City en route lifting the EPL title and is set to lead the attack for his country at their debut in the World Cup this summer.
"Having him in your team gives you half a chance because he can score a goal out of nothing. We have some good quality in our team, he leads from the front for us and he's one of our main players," he told Talksport.
"He plays in one of the best teams in the world and has to prove himself each and every day to everybody.”
"He's a fantastic striker, one of the best in the world in my opinion, we're glad he's on our side and if he's firing, then it gives us half a chance that's for sure."
Over the weekend Edin Dzeko scored a brace as Bosnia-Herzegovina defeated Africa’s top rated team Ivory Coast by 2-1.
Bosnia-Herzegovina will face Nigeria in Group F on 21 June.
