A woman just delivered this baby, dumped the baby in water at Awoyaya Ibeju Lekki Local Government of Lagos State and escaped!! So many dastardly acts seem to be propping up in Lagos now. Divine intervention is imperative. A baby some folks are fasting and praying for. Irony of life!
