His name is Soji Alayinla. He is a member of the APC in Ilamose Ward of the LCDA.



Thegazellenews.com learnt that thugs acting on the instruction of a council chairman inflicted severe matchete cuts on him due to his alleged refusal to allow them infiltrate the congress venue with fake materials with the aim of manipulating the congress result.



The injured Alayinla is battling to survive at a private hospital in Ejigbo while thegazellenews.com learnt that some of the thugs have been arrested and are currently being detained at the Ejigbo police station.
