Well, it may interest you to know that they do this a lot abroad whenever they are seeking immigration papers from their partners. There is no assistance that they wont render but at the appointed time, they will take off or escape to the United States. That's a story for another day. Meanwhile, that's a lover boy boy or Goodman assisting his partner, obviously an abomination in Africa!!
