Passengers on a U.S. Airways flight out of Philadelphia were evacuated Thursday afternoon after part of the landing gear collapsed, WCAU-TV reported.
Flight 1702 was reportedly bound for Florida from Philadelphia International Airport at the time of the incident around 6:30 p.m. local time. No injuries were reported. PZ News Feed posted this image of the plane:
Philly.com reported that air traffic was stopped while emergency crews removed the plane from the runway.
