Lets pray this man does not become the Governor of Lagos state or else he will be fighting from Oshodi to Iyan-Ipaja!
Monday when the Chairman of Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, Honourable Yinka Durosinmi, physically assaulted a registration officer, Sulaiman Abiodun.
The incident took place at unit 047, St Micheal Primary School, Ojo.
Reason for the assault remain sketchy as at press time but thegazellenews.com learnt exclusively that the chairman had given out money to be shared among registration officers and other officials.
The manner of sharing developed into an arguement and Durosinmi, in a fit of annoyance, slapped Abiodun twice.
The incident later developed into chaos and policemen from Ojo police station had to be called in to disperse the crowd.
Abiodun confirmed to thegazellenews.com on Tuesday that he was indeed slapped by the Ojo LG Chairman while Durosinmi refused to pick respond when our correspondent called him for his reaction and neither did he respond to the text message sent to him.
