Generals Ibrahim Babangida And Sani Abacha Holding Hands

TWO JOLLY FRIENDS: Two of Nigeria’s military heads of state, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, IBB (L) and his ally and later military dictator, General Sani Abacha hold hands in the 1990s. Both of them were members of the Armed Forces Ruling Council (AFRC), the highest decision making body in Nigeria under the IBB regime.
