Weeks back we streamed the news that Actor Saidi Balogun is up in arms in court with his estranged wife, Fathia. Saidi retorted by castigating all bloggers in Nigeria! Now we know better! Now we know who is more garrulous! 

Note: Fathia why hold on to a name you don't have any rights and obligations thereto? With due respect to the courts, you cannot win this legal tussle. Please drop his name and move on except the suit has other pleadings, if not, please, it is morally and legally wrong to clinch to what does not belongs to you. Simplicita!

Fathia Balogun Slams Ex Husband! You Lied, The Media Didn’t…We Are In Court

Days after Saheed Balogun denied taking his wife to court over the use of his Surname, Fathia has called him out, by saying he is a liar, and he indeed sued her, when she refused to drop his name.

Here is what the actress said through her publicist, Seun Oloketuiyi; “Our attention has been drawn to media reports where Saheed Balogun claims that he knows nothing about the media reports that he is in court with our client Fathia Balogun over his decision to ask his former wife to stop using his name.

“We will like to put the records straight. The case is in court and our lawyers are on it to ensure that our client retains the name. We won’t be saying much at this time but we believe that adults should be bold and mature enough to take responsibility for their actions and not do something and say something else. “We won’t say anything further on this matter until judgement is given as this case resumes hearing.”
