CALABAR CARNIVAL OR NAKED PROCESSION?

The idea behind the carnival is great and commendable but with all events, there must be some element of control and decency. Let Nottinghill carnival go zany, that is Europe not Nigeria! Lagos carnival is fantastic as well but you will never see Lagosians in this sort of outlandish outfit. Just saying.
