YOUTH CORPER DIES ON PASSING-OUT DAY!

An unidentified Batch C Youth Corper died in a fatal accident in Abuja yesterday while heading to his passing out parade after his one year youth service..It was a sad end to a very promising career..May his soul rest in peace.
