Tiny Miley! Miley Cyrus stepped out to perform at the 2013 iHeart Radio Music Festival Village looking extra skinny on Saturday, Sept. 21. The newly single star was all smiles as she dressed in a nipple pasties beneath an entirely see-through fishnet dress and also a two-piece for the show in Las Vegas, Nevada just days after calling off her engagement to fiance Liam Hemsworth.
Having seemingly paid no attention to the multitude of negative publicity which surrounded her performance at MTV's prestigious awards ceremony, the 20-year-old donned the bizarre outfit after she twerked, poked out her tongue and touched herself during the show.
