This is commendable. The boy must be groomed for Olympics. This is a rare feat. In Europe, the boy will by now be a world celebrity but he is being persecuted by inefficient air personnel and management in Nigeria. This could as well might been a bomb by any group. De Raufs, a volunteer group extolling the virtues of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the Governor, state of Osun, has volunteered to sponsor 15year old stowaway teenager, Daniel Ohikhena who sensationally hid in the tyre compartment of Arik air flight from Benin to Lagos.

In a statement signed by the Director General of the group, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, the group stated that it is ready to give scholarship to Daniel up to university level and help him realise his dream of travelling by air legitimately.



“The parents of the boy should contact the secretariat of our group for further briefing,” the group stated.
