5 Nigerians held for Illegal stay in India by Hyderabad Police

On 19-07-2013 on credible information the South Zone Task Force Team raided the house bearing number 8-1-398/328, Paramount Hills Colony, Tolichowki Mehdipatham, Hyderabad and found (5) Nigerian nationals who remain in India after the expiry of Visa validity period and violated the norms of Foreigners Act- 1946 and their Passports were seized as material evidence.

A1. Akas Lucky @ Akabusi Igboms S/o. Igboms, age: 37 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o. Tolichowki, Mehdipatham, Hyd N/o. Imo State, Nigeria. (Visa expiry date: 23-09-2012 and found fake passport also)

A2. Nelson Chukwudi S/o Sunday, age: 21 yrs, occ: Student R/o. Tolichowki Mehdipatham N/o. A-28 Street, Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria.(Visa expiry date: 18-11-2012)

A3. Nmezi Godwin Obinna S/o. Dennis, age:- 38 yrs, Occ:-Business, R/o. Tolichowki Mehdipatham N/o. H.No. 8 Ogugba Street, Owerri State, Abuja, Nigeria. (Passport validity expire on 15th july-2013 & Visa expire on 25-09-2012)

A4. Iwunze Chinekwu Collins S/o. Iwunze, age:- 24 yrs, Occ:-Business, R/o. Tolichowki Mehdipatham N/o.H.No. 11, Rev Sam Chukuru street, Woji Akon, Nigeria. (Visa expiry date: 18-09-2012)

A5. Uzor Promise Chukwudi S/o. Uzowuru @ Uzor, age:- 32 yrs, Occ:-Business, Tolichowki Mehdipatham N/o. HNo. 161, Omuma Road, Abia State, Nigeria(He neither got registered with any FRRO in India nor he produced his original passport & any relevant authorized documents before Police) 

PROPERTY SEIZED:- (5)-Nigerian passports.

The arrested accused and seized passports are being handed over to SHO Banjarahills P.S. for taking necessary action. 

The arrests were made by Sri. K. Surya Prakash Rao, Inspector of Police, with the assistance of S.Is. Sri. B. Madhusudhan, J. Rajshekar, Ghouse Khan and D. Venkateshwarlu along with staff of Task Force South Zone team under the supervision of Sri. B. Limba Reddy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad City.
