BAD DREAMS? 8 STEPS TO A SOUND SLEEP WITH SWEET DREAMS!



Drink tea! A tea with chamomile in it will make you sleepy. NO Caffeine tea! (You should get used to the taste of tea; it may be yucky tasting at first.)


Create a bed time and wake up time. Your body will get used to the sleep you need when you go to bed at the same time. Also, make sure you sleep for at least 8 hours.

Nap-in for loss of sleep. If you need to rest, rest. Your body needs it. You will get energy to work out.


T.V. is a no right when you go to bed. It causes your mind to get off track from sleeping.


Create a better sleep-nice environment. Add comfy pillows if that helps. If your body needs a cushion from the mattress, get a body pillow. Get the temperature the way you like and make the room nice & dark. If you have light coming in from windows, wear a sleep mask or use thicker curtains. Get a bigger bed if you have troubles tossing and turning while asleep.


If you have pets, especially loud ones, and if they distract your sleep, put them somewhere you can't hear them, faraway like the basement or upstairs. If you live in an apartment, you shouldn't have this problem because pets are probably banned and if you have a pet in an apartment, keep them busy by placing a toy in front of them.


If you like sleeping with your pet (cat), get them and make them comfortable by petting them.


If you don't mind music, put on soothing music, to soothe your mind.
